The mission of the Army Of The Rappahannock Reenactors Association (ARRA) is to preserve any and all aspects of life during the American Civil War. Although we focus on the Union side of the war, much of the Confederate side is noted also. 

We perform our mission by taking part in Living History Demonstrations, Encampments and Battle Reenactments. We also assist in finding, registering and replacing grave markers of the Soldiers and Civilians who sacrificed so much during this terrible conflict.

The ARRA is made up of all aspects and impressions that existed during the war, to include but not limited to Infantry, Artillery, Cavalry and all supporting roles, including Civilian impressions.

We encourage and take part in the maintenance of forgotten cemeteries that hold the remains of Veterans of all wars. Making sure that the sacrifices of these brave souls is never forgotten.
